About Flight Display Systems
Flight Display Systems manufactures over 100 different aircraft LCD monitors and in-flight entertainment products. Thousands of customers enjoy their great value and high quality products every day. History of Flight Display Systems
Flight Display Systems was founded in 1999 by David Gray. David is an instrument-rated pilot and served in the United States Air Force as a navigator as well as an aircraft maintenance officer.
In 2001, after two years of research and development, the company launched its Flight Display Moving Map. This product provided aircraft cabin entertainment in a faster, better, and less expensive way compared to anything on the market.
Based on the immediate success of the passenger moving map, the company expanded its product line to include LCD monitors and audio/video sources, such as aircraft DVD players, CD/MP3 players, and Flight View cameras.

Flight Display Systems was recognized as the #1 Customer Service
and Support Company for avionics by the Aviation
International News annual reader's poll. Flight Display Systems maintains
a small business perspective and prides itself on outstanding customer
service. The company policy is a 24 hour turn time on all in-shop repairs.
Another unique aspect of the company is the in-stock inventory. Flight
Display Systems can ship next day to most of our customers, whereas many
competitors require an extensive lead time to deliver products.
